Dr. Scott D. Geise

Dr. Geise was born in Lockport, NY, and spent his youth growing up in the small neighboring town of Newfane.
In 1979 Dr. Geise graduated from Newfane High School and went on to attend Hobart College in the Finger Lakes from 1979 to 1983. There he worked on his biology degree while playing two sports, both Football and Lacrosse to help pay for his own educational expenses. Within those four years, he was able to become an All American as a wide receiver in football and was a three-time National Champion in Lacrosse.
Dr. Geise then applied to Dental School and was accepted into the program at the University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. Upon graduation from UB in 1988 with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS), Dr. Geise volunteered for a 3 year commission with the United States Army Dental Corps. Stationed in Hanau, Germany, he gained invaluable experience in oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics and general dentistry. Captain Geise was selected to be attached to the 26th Support Battalion out of Aschaffenburg, Germany, where he became the field dentist for the 3rd Infantry Division during their field exercises. He also completed his Expert Field Medical Badge and became qualified in Advanced Trauma Life Support through a very select special forces program. Captain Geise received his Army Commendation Medal through his participation overseas.
After his honorable discharge in 1992, Dr. Geise began his civilian career and has been providing the best quality dentistry possible ever since. He has advanced training in all of the dental disciplines, including Orthodontics, where he now provides Invisalign to those in need. He also takes great pride in providing services to patients in a very comfortable, compassionate setting.
Dr. Geise continues to give back to his hometown by providing an event space with gazebo in the business section of downtown Newfane. He has also founded a non-profit organization that preserves and promotes historical structures in Lockport, NY, directly alongside the Erie Canal.
Dr. Geise has 3 incredible sons. He and his wife live in Newfane, NY, where they have been happily married for 11 years.
