Attention!!!

We are pleased to announce that we are now permitted to provide all dental procedures and services. Our communities have been through a lot over the last few months. Smile Center is committed to the safety of our patients and our team. We will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs. We thank you for your understanding during this changing time.

We follow recommendations and guidelines made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). This allows us to make sure that our infection control procedures are up-to-date and enables us to provide the safest environment for our patients and our team.

Smile Center has implemented additional safety precautions to help protect our patients and staff. We will be scheduling appointments in a manner that promotes social distancing and allows for adequate time for us to disinfect all areas of use in between appointments.

Upon arrival at our office,
  • Call us before entering the building to let us know you have arrived. We will call or text you once the office is ready for you to enter.
  • We ask that patients enter the office unaccompanied.
  • A member of our team will meet you at the door to take your temperature with a contactless thermometer.
  • Every person entering the office is expected to wear a face covering and will be asked to sanitize their hands immediately upon entry.
  • A COVID-19 questionnaire will be reviewed with you.
  • EFFECTIVE 6/15/2020, THERE WILL BE A $25.00 PPE FEE FOR ALL VISITS, DUE AT THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT.

Clear plastic screens (sneeze guards) have been installed at the front desk to minimize exposure to airborne pathogens. Air exchange devices and new suction systems have been obtained and are being used to ensure the safety of patients and team.

Our doctors and staff will be wearing all of the recommended personal protective equipment (PPE).

Thank you for being part of our family dental practice. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming you back.

Sedation Learning Center – Free Consultation

IV Sedation Offer

*New patients only.

Does the sound of a drill make you cringe? Do you hate even sitting in a dentist’s chair? If dental fear or anxiety has kept you from getting the dental care you need, then sedation dentistry can help! Sedation dentistry helps you feel completely at ease throughout your entire visit. Whether you have dental fears or have a procedure you’d like to go through completely relaxed, you can receive the care you need in a calm comfortable environment at Smile Center.

We are here to help you, not to hurt you. Our restorative and cosmetic dentistry is performed with precision, skill, and meticulous attention to detail, to ensure you will be delighted with your new smile. However, our focus is not exclusively on the result – we want you to be just as delighted with the experience.

Commonly known as “laughing gas,” this is the mildest and most common dental sedative.

  • Traditional inhalation method
  • Soothing
  • Eases nervousness

This is the most popular sedation, allowing even anxious patients to relax during dental treatment.

  • Prescription sedative and comfort medications are taken orally
  • Reduces the level of anxiety
  • A relaxed person will usually go to sleep
  • An anxious person will usually relax
  • Can be used in conjunction with laughing gas, inducing a relaxed, happy attitude
  • Enteral sedation, inhalation sedation, or a combination can be used for any procedure – even routine dental care, such as teeth cleaning

This is the strongest level of sedation, inducing a semi-conscious, anxiety-free state. Few dental practices meet the strict licensure requirements to administer IV sedation.

  • Also called conscious dental sedation
  • You will likely have absolutely no memory of the dental procedures being done!
  • Sedative is delivered intravenously
  • Induces a deeper level of sedation, but is milder than general anesthesia
  • You are able to breathe and swallow naturally
  • Usually reserved for involved surgeries
  • Highly effective, even for most severe dental fears
